Gratitude. Being grateful for what you already have, increases your vibration to receive more. (Everyday list 3 things you’re grateful for)

Meditate. A great way to get in tune with your higher self. Also gets rid of any negative beliefs, anxiety. Leaving you with a sense of calmness.

Connect With Nature. Go outside! Get connected with the universe preferably being barefoot on the ground. “Grounding”

Self-Care. Take care of yourself! Put yourself first. (& no, it’s not selfish, how can you serve others when you’re outta whack) Great way to raise your vibrations. Take a bath, nails/hair done, shopping, whatever makes you feel good and happy. Do it.

Visualize. Always visualize the life you want. Your dream house, car, job, etc. Imagine yourself in those situations. Trust me it works.

Drink Water. Cleanses toxins and impurities from your body. Raises your vibration from the inside out. Also because you need to drink water lol (here’s your reminder)

Journal. A great way to clear and organize your mind. It raises your vibration from releasing any emotion or worry onto paper, freeing them from your mind. It’s also a great way to manifest your life. “Write it down and watch s*** get real) Make sure to write in the present tense. For example, “I can’t believe I’m driving my new car! I love it, it rides amazing. I’m so happy!” Get specific for better results.
