Lemon + Mint Detox Water

A cool, refreshing, and healthy way to drink water. I love making these. Lemon + Mint water helps flush out toxins and suppresses appetite.

Things Needed

  • Lemon
  • Water (Alkaline if possible)
  • Mint Leaves
  • Glass Bottles

I cut everything up and put the lemon in first, I usually don’t have a specific amount just whatever looks aesthetically pleasing. Then, I add the mint leaves. Last but not least, is adding the water.

Let the lemon + mint infused water sit in the fridge for at least an hour to let the ingredients settle in. Then it should be ready to drink!

You can also refill the jug for up to 3 days before throwing away the lemon and mint leaves.
