We’re around people all day and absorb any different energies that leave you feeling drained and fatigued. This is where this cleansing bath comes in.
Spiritual baths are rituals intended for spiritual health. It cleanses your energy and revitalizes your senses. Leaves you feeling with a deep sense of inner peace.
Now there are many ways you can do a spiritual bath, herbs, crystals, flowers, aromatherapy, I mean the list goes on. But this specific post is about removing the negative energy that lingers around you.
Salt is one of the most powerful ingredients to release any kind of negative debris lingering in your energy. I like using Epsom Salt, but you can use any (Pink Himalayan) just not regular table salt.
Start off by using Palo Santo, or Sage to cleanse the bath area, stating clear intentions what you want from the bath. For music, I like playing Hz frequency music or putting the singing bowls on tv. You can get the most benefits when you’re relaxing in the tub. Stay away from music that has lyrics, you want to be relaxed and in tune.
- Epsom Salt
- Music (Singing Bowls, Hz frequency, Meditation Music)

- Cleanses Chakras

Epsom Salt has a lot of benefits as well, such as relaxing the nervous system, healing skin, soothing pain, draws toxins out of the body, and improving your immune system.
