Dry Brushing

This is a screenshot from my Instagram stories. (The image inside is what I grabbed from Pinterest) I love Dry Brushing. I do it every morning before I take a shower. I literally cannot start my day without it. I love how it feels, it feels like your whole body is just stimulated and basically getting your blood vessels a good start in the morning.
