Okay, what is it? Chlorophyll. It’s a green pigment that interacts with the light. (Photosynthesis, does that ring a bell?) I literally add Chlorophyll to my water every time. It makes it easier when it’s in a water bottle. I like Hydroflasks. I prefer the droppers, it’s just easier and cleaner. I usually put 15 drops in my water. It adds a nice mint taste to your water.
There’s so many benefits to drinking it in your water, here’s a few,
- Blood Purifier
- Cleanse & Detox the body
- Immune Support
- Cleans Intestines
- Skin Healing
- Increases Cellular Energy
- Improves Liver Detoxification
- Alkalizes the Body
- Gets Rid of Body Odor
You can also find Chlorophyll in these vegetables.
- Seaweed
- Spinach
- Parsley
- Wheatgrass
It’s gotten to the point where anytime I have water I have to have Chlorophyll in it. Anyone else like this?
I will have to go to the health food store in my town and buy some. Thanks for the tip! C
