Pilates. My workout of choice since 2017. Since the first day I joined. I got hooked. I hated going to the gym and lifting weights, it’s just never been my thing. The only thing I’d do at the gym was the stair master or a walk on the treadmill. SUPER BORING I KNOW. I also hate to get super sweaty during my workout, I want to still be able to look cute, wear a cute workout set and get a really great workout in. Not too much to ask for right? My ultimate fitness goal is to be long + lean. Supermodel body I should say. I did a lot of research and thats where Pilates comes in.
If you’re unfamiliar. Pilates is a low impact exercise that ANY ONE can do. Don’t feel intimated going into a studio. Pilates uses proper body alignment, breathe and core for movement. It incorporates a lot of slow, deliberate movements. There is mat pilates which I don’t mind. But I prefer & love reformer Pilates.

- Personally. I think it’s made me taller as well but lengthening me out.
I swear by Pilates, I go at least 7x a week. It’s the workout that has challenged me and still impresses me when I’m able to nail a really difficult position. Results come hard and fast as long as you’re consistent with it. If you haven’t tried it. I highly suggest it.
