I’m telling you, I SWEAR by affirmations. I usually wake up in the morning and either A) say them to myself, or B) say them to myself while looking in the mirror. Telling yourself affirmations can dramatically change your life/mindset. I have a huge list of affirmations that I’ve been telling myself the past year right when I wake up, that I know it by heart and can easily say it. I CANNOT start my day without saying them to myself.
Affirmations can change your subconscious beliefs and implement new ones since they release you from fear, anxiety, negativity and worry. When these affirmations are repeated over and over again. It changes your thinking pattern and that’s when the amazing changes start to happen.
It takes 21 days to form a habit. Start everyday for 21 days till it becomes you can’t start your day without saying it.
