So what exactly is Pilates? Joseph Pilates invented the exercise for injured dancers.
It’s similar to yoga with focusing on breathing and concentration. Pilates develop strength, flexibility, muscular coordination, balance and good posture. Instead of working up a sweat, Pilates focuses on correct form.
I currently do Pilates and it’s changed my life and I’m not exaggerating. I only say that because it changes the way you stand, you breathe. It’s a full body workout.
